    Cancellation Policy
    • If for any reason you have to cancel your place on the course, please provide your tutor with at least 10 days written notice.
    • Booking fees are non-refundable.
    • Course fees for cancellations within 7 days of the course date will not be refunded or transferred.
    • If you do not turn up on the day or you cancel your attendance on the course day and/or have given no written notice that you will not be attending the course, then the full course fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • You have/have not paid your final balance by previous arrangement with the tutor and do not arrive for the course, you will still be held liable for payment of the full remaining course cost.
    • White Rose Training Academy cannot accept responsibility for students’ changes to work commitments, illness or personal circumstances within this 7 day period and will not transfer or refund fees. If a course is cancelled due to low numbers or for reasons beyond our control, we will endeavor to transfer you to another course date. If personal circumstances are extreme White Rose will make a decision on transferring your course to a different date.

    If we feel you have not met the course criteria and passed the assessments to the standard required you will be required to re-attend at a future date. There will be no charge for an additional assessment however if you fail a second time there will be extra charges involved of £75 per future assessment.

    If you do not pass any part of an assessment and the tutor feels this is no longer safe and you are not showing competency then you will not be able to move onto the rest of the course, Although you will not be able to move onto the rest of the course the fees will still of been paid and will not be refundable. We endeavour to do our best to ensure all students pass their training with us but in the rare case we feel safety and competency is concerned the assessment will be failed.

    We have free parking at the academy. When you arrive if you park on the left hand side in the overflow carpark this would be great! Please do not park in the unit numbers that are on the right hand side.
